Hello Manvir,There are a lot of Ontario investors here, many in your area and a solid turnout in SW Ontario with a few scattered north.Buy and hold cash flowing real estate in Toronto is not easy business and requires deep pockets from what I have heard on these forums.

Baltimore has  some, Takoma Park MD has some....and then there are just a few scattered here and there.

As I grew up in a family that only invested in land and then resold it.I would venture to guess you have bought the cheap stuff that is scattered all around the west..

The board was knocked down and the keys scattered so I have to figure out which key goes to which property.

And by following the correct steps above, it will be a lot easier to identify the right people because your equipped with the details from above vs just blind scatter shot of "I don't know" and leaving it up to them to dictate all those decision points for you. 

The single family homes are scattered throughout Oahu, but mostly on the North Shore and Windward side.  

@Anthony Dooley  I just went through this with 12 of my rentals in MS.. but they were scattered and all but one sold to a home owner occupant..

Many on here will disagree with me, but owning scattered site single family portfolios is an effective investment strategy is there is a a significant appreciation event that occurs.

I've met multiple AirBnB hosts that have many scattered around.

The reality is Detroit is a block by block market filled with values that scatter all over the place along with problems that arise as they would in any other marketplace.I think the issue is people that sell your properties in Detroit glorify the returns and fail to explain the risks associated with investing in such markets along with the actual values of these homes.
