Depends if course on the fees the sponsors are charging as well - if those fees are very light, then low double digits could still be possible 

find a real estate market that provides you with double digit net Rates , start buying.

I generally find that in the general solicitation/digital advertising realm that advertising is just the stepping stone, but really reeling people in requires a lot more.

So many people are digital millionaires. 

I'm currently reading The Ultimate Beginners Guide ebook which is really helping understand things a bit more in detail. 

I'm skeptical of multiple double digit growth years.
