s property owners will have a 11% decrease in taxes which is significant now, Stockton University is constructing buildings on the beach block (The E.C. that I work for is working on the Parking Garage of that project), Tropicana Casino is expanding, and Hard Rock Casino has acquired Taj Mahal for a full renovation and transformation to a Hard Rock Casino.

Given the job losses / casino closings in Atlantic City - Foreclosure activity jumped y/y in November.

I would love for AC to make a comeback and become a beach town first that happens to have casinos instead of the opposite.

If I have surplus power in Phoenix Arizona, its not getting to a house in San Fran.Of course we need to improve the cyber security of our grid. 

But we’re literally 10 minutes away from world class restaurants in the casinos.

My only fear with Everett is that instead of Encore being the "high class" casino, it starts to take a dip because the revenues aren't what they were anticipating. 

Reno seems like a good place to WFH since we have many recreational activities (ski/snowboard/hikes), all the typical shopping/stores (whole foods, trader joes, coscto, 3 big malls) and of course nightlife at the casinos.
