The nice thing about Blythe is that it is centrally located to many big cities, including Phoenix, Las Vegas, Palm Springs, Los Angeles, San Diego, Yuma and Lake Havasu.

I was wondering why you chose to invest in Las Vegas as opposed to to other markets?

With real estate there are lots of expense deductions (like coming to Las Vegas to check on your properties!)

You can still move here from Las Vegas or LA and buy a bigger home and put some money in the bank.

Based on your idea, Las Vegas could also be a good opportunity.

I managed to save every penny since i was 12 with intentions of investing in RE when i was older ( i knew what i wanted to do at an early age). 2 months ago i managed to acquire 10% of a low income 4plex in Las Vegas, my first RE investment, i networked with people out there and put some things together.

We will take a very close look at anything in Southern California, or Las Vegas area.
