Well, I went all out, granite countertops, crown molding everywhere, etc.

If the kitchen cabinets are in good shape, keep them and use those and the countertops to help pick the wall colour and flooring, keeping in mind you may change the kitchen cabinets down the road and not change the flooring and wall colour.

New countertops and new handles for cabinets can be cheap and look very nice unless the cabinets are in bad shape. 

Purchase price: $12,500 Mobile home bought in a 55+ community, replaced the roof, all new flooring, brand new kitchen with granite countertops and freshly painted.

Let them bring their own floor covering and countertops.

This includes the replacement of all burnt out light bulbs to their original wattage, sponge clean with appropriate cleaning agents of all tubs, sinks, showers, toilets, and countertops, moping of all ceramic tile floors, vacuuming all carpets, dusting of hardwood floors, cleaning all cobwebs on ceilings, floors, and walls.
