Best starting point outside of a broad Google search? 

I have a pretty advanced understanding of a wide array of investment products as I was a financial advisor for a few years before my current job.

@Diasia Cherese, that is much to broad of a question.

I know this seems pretty broad but I have contacted the wholesaler I know to look for these but am unsure if that is the best method to go with. 

For a linear array of 14 spaces, including installation, I was quoted about $28k for full cantilever (posts at the very end) or about $25k for semi-cantilever (posts offset from the end by 7.5'. 

An income based approach can be part of what an appraiser takes into consideration for value, though the potential income an appraiser might use is a very conservative average based on broad data, not the individual cabin's past performance.  

On further reading, I realized that a lot of both DR's statements, as well as those of his disciples, were super broad statements.

Like others have said, Lawrence is a pretty big area so I'm kind of painting with a broad brush.
