Some top choices include Midlothian, Cedar Hill, Grand Prairie, Garland, Irving, and Arlington.

I respect your personal choices, however I can't imagine ever going to somewhere like Montana and making the decision to stay in a hotel over a cabin rental.

With prices the way they are going, I feel people have no choice but to look to those ignored markets.

Very silly in my opinion.In this market, there are MANY good income producing choices that you could invest your Roth funds. 

Every market has its bright spot its great Agents and PM's etc.. its all personal choice.

Overall, which option seems like the better choice?
