We got the house back in Nov, I am not sure why zillow is showing January as the last sold date.The house across the street with exactly the same layout and footage was sold for 344k 1.5yrs ago.

I'm a big proponent as we were using the Economic innovations groups distressed community index (predecessor to OZ maps) to identify up and coming markets in or around urban cores.

The stock market has taken a -43% beat dropping its stock price from $65 June 18 to a low $28.91 in Nov.

* Tenant is military and received his retirement orders in Nov (he will retire September 2019), but he has not given any notice to terminate lease under military clause (which I don’t even know if he could, based on some wording of the clause reporting that an ETS is not a qualifying event and he knew his retirement date before he even signed lease).
