I have a property rented month to month with two women renting the place.

I plan on attending invest club for women meetings starting in January.

In no city, that "I" have lived at would I be able to buy a house for $20k cash that I could long distance manage and personally feel comfortable entering as a red head caucasion mid 20's women.

As an Ex Serviceman, Army, I would and If could, cut a break to any and all Servicemen/women wherever I could......IF.....they do it the right way and don't try to scam anyone.

I see lots of girls/women trying to look cute in boots - and it usually doesn't work well for them :-).

I know we can get 850.00 and maybe 900.00 rent on this one.1100 s.f. 3/1.5/2 brick house roof 10yr old, heat. air and water heater new 3yrs  new insulated windows 3yrsStove micro  frig clothes washer and dryer all stay. nice fenced yard.

Do you also return clothing to the store after you've worn it a couple times?
