I get that so I'm not expecting 5 star price and service from any of the vendors.  

A few stars aligned in that I'm writing my Investment Prospectus to present to some additional private lenders at the same time that Liz Faircloth came out with this BiggerPockets Blog Post.

I had a few referral fee's LOL... but my office does not charge me I get to hang my license for free its the star power I bring... :)  Plus they want my wife.. her signs are all over the place.

Account Closed  the TV stars just rent their name and make huge money doing it.. they may make a cameo at the 40k event.the only one I personally witnessed who was there the entire time was Armando..and now Vertucci is also very hands on but was not a TV star before he got into the seminar game.
