Inspections for condos are going to be mostly visual inspections for water damage, checking on plumbing and water fixtures, appliances, etc as most condo associations covers the exterior, foundation, and structural issues. 

It connects to the router through the ethernet port-- I want that to be visually hidden as well.Any ideas here ???

All of these inspections will happen after you make your offer.Your offer will be based on basic visual inspection after walking through the property (sometimes with a contractor if one is willing to do this with you), and making some assumptions based on clues that the property will tell you. 

What you want to do is direct the tenant to your software (TenantCloud is free), so this extra step may act as a deterrent to text. 

But if you just want to measure up your rooms and then experiment with different layouts, furniture arrangements, etc, it's perfect and pretty easy and intuitive to use.It's particularly useful for visualizing your designs and showing them to contractors and clients.

As well as really visualize closing the deal and not getting caught up on the great deals that slipped through my fingers.
