So I am satisfied with the 125 amp breaker.The reason why they wouldn't "just" install a bigger main breaker / panel is that the transformer in the back yard (on a pole or on the ground), the wires from the transformer to the meter, and the wires from the meter to the panel all have to be sized for the size of the service.

I know what I learned, and it completely transformed my opinion about income real estate and my approach to underwriting it. 

Two months and $30K later we had transformed the area into a resort-style backyard.

That building alone and the entertainment draw that it is and still continues to be, has single handedly led the transformation of downtown here.

That said My sister did a very nice job with transformations that they sell at HD that was on oak for a special  pickled effect.

Highland Park, Barton Heights, and Battery Park are residential neighborhoods that are quickly bettering themselves divided by a commercial corridor (Brookland Park Boulevard) that is not transforming as quickly as the residential areas.

Garage has been transformed into another bedroom so technically it's a 4 bedroom.

and then try to envision yourself (or company) with a product you develop or transform (e.g. a new redeveloped house.. or block... or subdivision) in a year or (better) in three years.
