I'm fairly new to the site and not an expert on this topic but I'm interested in reading through others replies.

Apologies if this drifted from the topic of the original post but I think Joe’s question drives to the reason that I don’t have an easy way to slowly build up the experience that I asked about initially. 

I was really wanting to get opinions about it and I always love to see how people think in their ways and views about a topic 

Rent control is a huge topic to RE buy and hold investors full stop.

On the topic of the Data Center: To shed a little information without revealing too much: I would beware putting too many of your eggs in that colossal data center basket.  

In all of the research and videos I’ve watched on the topic I have never heard or seen anything stating this is illegal.
