While it may involve opening yourself up on occasion (to those who seem trustworthy but turn out not to be), at least you won't go around questioning everyone and everything all the time.I'd rather leave myself a tiny bit vulnerable in exchange for not being completely cynical all the time...Oh, and I'm a big fan of throwing out the common cliche of, "Don't confuse my kindness for weakness..."

I'm pretty green, but I don't think the numbers were there. 1000 sq ft, 3 tiny bedrooms, 1bath and some significant rehab.

HOAs usually control what's going to happen...get the wrong board and a special assessment and your tiny monthly return can become a negative very quickly.

It can be tough to get through to a tenant not to call when something tiny is going on at the house, such as a light bulb.

Hi @Amit M. and @Frankie Woods :) They are manufactured homes, and wider, more house-like as opposed to a single wide, which is more akin to a tiny home these days. 

I'll put up a tall fence and a sub-200 sq ft tiny home and rent it out for $2,500/mo..
