At times he seems a bit scattered and the multiple threads of marketing confused me at first.Eric is not as polished as some other guys out there but my impression was that he was real and he always responded to my emails personally.

Only 1 was local, the others were scattered from Denver to Florida.I would be completely open to a group that shares tips and educational materials...and in effect (I think) would help me reach more people.

After you get past that question, then on to which state to open the LLC in ... however, in most cases, the analysis doesn't lead most past the first question ... if you are buying a 100 unit apartment building, by all means, open up a LLC ... for a few scattered lower value SFRs, then I personally think there are better ways than a LLC.
