If they don't show up when they're supposed to and they don't begin generating leads (or trying to) in the first week, RED FLAG!

Way too many red flags that "excitement" won't fix. 

One thing that hasn't been mentioned so far here are the psychological red flags and possible pitfalls involved in the process of moving out of and then turning your old home into a rental property.

But if the land investor is worth their salt, there should be enough meat on the bone for you to justify that cost, as we try to sell at 70-80% of market value to keep the velocity of money up.  

A bright red grape juice stain on white or beige carpet is damage beyond normal wear and tear.As far as the garbage and the dumpster, if there is trash removal included in your rent, it probably doesn't include furniture or excessive amounts of large pieces of garbage.
