Maybe getting further out in the path of progress where those employees may be looking to live would be a good path.

Many start with no idea where it will specifically lead, and they end up spinning their wheels, and end up making little if any progress...and can't figure out why. 

Just a follow up on my topic, I did end up going with progressive insurance and I got it lowered to $2800, that is about $800 lower than I was paying.

I act as the GC on my projects so I'm usually purchasing and dropping off materials at various points during the week, speaking with my subs/contractor on the phone for progress/updates, etc. 

I have reached out to the potential buyer and will update as things progress.
