Just focus on running the numbers carefully to ensure the property cash flows or at least covers expenses, and don’t hesitate to lean on resources here for advice.If you’re financing, look into FHA loans, as they’re great for first-time buyers purchasing up to 4-unit properties with low down payments.

Although she got very fortunate ( probably because of her skill and dedication) But the CFO of one of the spin offs on  brought her over and she is now the head of corporate finance for this company and will be getting all the perks that come along with it  pre IPO stock etc.

that will tell a lot.. the mastermind i went to you had to prove how many deals you were doing they checked you out and you had to be invited... and there definitely was some of the top players in the industry there and quite a few that we know on BP as top providers in their space be it turn key  financing and wholesaling and also those that sell coaching.. ( which most on BP dont care for frankly)
