I agree with @Melanie P.

I definitely agree that rent by the room is awesome for increasing cash flow - again, it does come with it's headaches but with the higher risk comes higher reward (I've been doing it for almost 3 years now, it's really the only way to make the numbers work with little cash down on properties).From my personal experience, talking to others at meetups, and reading this post, I think there's definitely demand for specialized rent by the room property management.

If we are talking rental properties, then I completely agree with B, C, and D that he mentions.

I agree with @John Warren I started in Chicago and expanded to Milwaukee cause the returns were better. 

I agree with Carl, you should remove this post and work with your attorney to obtain legal advice.

But I agree with you that seniors would not be wise to buy a home if the return on investment does not make sense.

I'd focus on getting that more profitable than learning something new out of state.I agree with @Ronald Rohde.
