Sounds like the velocity banking stuff that was popular for a while.

It also sounds like you may be stuck in analysis paralysis, or you are just looking for that perfect property.

And we may be seeing that (although I'm not as plugged in as I need to be).The DADU sounds great!

It might sound fancy, but it's worth considering.

I see it that your first decision is; to scale (grow), to coast (doesn't sound of interest or else you wouldn't be asking these questions, right), to exit (cash-out) or to transfer.
