In our MLS system (southern California) you are not allowed to doctor/Photoshop photos very much.

I know a local real estate "mogul" who carries a yellow pad of paper EVERYWHERE he goes even to the doctors office.

I recently bought a house and the downstairs is a doctors/dentist office and the upper is an apartment....not uncommon for my area.I am struggling :violin: with ideas on how to get a professional in that space and looking for some ideas!
