Would looking at all those other items distract and confuse you from what you really needed which was a pair of slacks?

I change my mind weekly about what to do with this property, which distracts me from future investments. 

He/she is trying to distract you with the 'corporation' which will disappear at some point.

People get distracted by other people's stuff, we generally don't show a unit unless it is rent ready.

That being said I think reaching out to the board directly telling them basically what you said above that it was allowed when you purchased which is why you purchased and have not been a distraction see if you can get grandfathered in.

I’m also attempting to do “Bird-Dogging” and it’s kind of hard as well, I’m graduating high school on May 15th, 2021 and I plan to attend Community College this fall to major business BUT I don’t want to let school distract me from my DREAM of becoming a successful independent real estate investor.I know the basic mechanics of how in state and out of state real estate investing works, I would appreciate If any Investor could give me any advice to a young future investor like myself. - GOD BLESS

You have to lawyer up, be aggressive and be distracted by the time & process . . . or walk and make a living in peace elsewhere.The mistake is to think that any other part of the country does things like you do in your neck of the woods in WY. ;-) The coast does things very, very differently.  

I’m still committed to my original strategy of buy/hold investments, but seeing the neighbors house sale for 1 million is distracting my focus.  

Tenants know that LL can be distracted by large amounts of greenbacks.

Everytime I think I found  the right strategy,  I see a different one and got very distracted.
