My guess is you are most likely going to have to come to a resolution that very well may involve you paying for a relocation if you in fact actually need it relocated.

Honestly, I have been an investor, broker and flipper for more than 30  years in Texas and have never once used or needed a lawyer outside of a title companyI don’t dispute that nor was it meant to suggest Attorneys are not relevant.  

Insurance just adds another layer of problems and extends resolution time.If you're worried about security deposit liability, many people on these forums have suggested a non-refundable move-in fee.
