What borrower can expect for an SBA loan is different than the process/docs required for a hard money loan or say a church loan.A knowledgeable broker should easily be able to impart their knowledge as to how a particular lender and/or loan program works or what the current market appetite is for a particular property type is.That, and a good broker should be willing to spend the time and work pro bono while they approach lenders.

As President/Vice President, Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan will protect the law of the land.Also, as part of their religious freedom (which is one of THE thing that sets America apart from other countries) the Catholic Church or any other religous organizations that oppose abortion (and they believe birth control stops a child from being born) the government should never be able to force them to contribute financally to that, or carry insurance that allows it.

In the my area we have shut-off valves at the curb, so water company is responsible up to that shut-off valve and homeowner is responsible for the remainder from the shut-off into the house.

The worst part is the taxes here.....since UF/Shands/Schools/churches/other non profit organizaitons takes up like more than 50% of the land and dont have to pay taxes........they r crazy for us.
