I enjoy a big breakfast, pot of coffee, a little workout, and then I get on the computer and get organized to start my day and check for any new listings or e mails.  

As always, this is a free gathering of folks having breakfast and coffee who are interested in improving their lives through real estate.

It becomes less like two structures and more like a bed n breakfast etc. 

Winvestors meets weekly for breakfast and MAREI meets once a month in the evenings.

Anyway, as for our plans, I am handling the REI investigating, the husband is bringing home the bacon with his current job!

Mad and disappointed i fault like giving up on the process, I ened up having breakfast with a cousin that lives directly around the corner from that duplex.

I have taken REALTORS out to lunch, dinner breakfast whatever to show them Im serious.

Theres the winners dinner on Wednesday nights  at el campero in Canton south Theres Wednesday breakfast at Athens restaurant in Canton. 

While the owner of the other half struggles to pay pool maintenance, provide breakfast and attract nightly travel business with no franchise affiliation, we do very well housing month to month tenants and temporary workers looking for weekly stays.
