Biggest hurdle right now is finding a reasonable cleaner.

Still planning on buying more cash flowing rentals before dipping into private lending.

The house I am looking at is a private sale from an older family friend moving into senior living (discounted).

If the group is a private group, it is treated like a private email I believe.

We remodeled and remarketed the property to entrepreneurs and business professionals who want a coliving/coworking community.It was perfect because each of the 12 bedrooms had its own private bath and we created community areas.

Also start networking to start buildign your team of find contractors, handymen, private lenders, real estate attorneys, title companies, architects,wholesalers.... 

My biggest piece of advice is to learn to "get comfortable being uncomfortable"!

Looking back, the biggest lesson was saving from a position of financial strength.

Ones of the biggest was that we had to completely replace all the old electric, luckily we were able to save in other areas of our budget to offset most of the costs but not all of them.
