A shame my contract wasn’t finished earlier.

It is really a shame to see things like this happen.

In this situation the courts would probably view the "business" part of the trip as a sham and disallow the deduction.Genuine travel for investment usually involves plenty of prior prep work. 

But in one of the recent episodes, one of the women went on and on about how ashamed she was of growing up in a trailer park. 

I'm ashamed to say I'm not very good at navigating BP's website.

Agents tell me all the time they can't get time with their broker, that's a shame.  

You could always invest and stay put in Argentina but then again that presents its own set of challenges, though it seems there are a few on the boards who have invested from out of country.My wife and I were put through the ringer as she obtained hers through marriage (she'd already been living in the states for some time attending college on a student visa) -- All I can say as a US Citizen is I'm ashamed of how the USCIS operates.
