I get why the voterbase can easily be led to believe this is a anti-discrimination move, but goodness can we be ostriches!

With all the anti-landlord rhetoric and hate right now, I wouldn't risk anything during advertising or screening that gets me extra negative attention.  

I would familiarize yourself with NJ's anti-eviction statute and the pertinent case law surrounding any issues regarding lease renewals, etc.
