I did have a letter from the private lender (via email) sent to the seller's agent today, and the seller had not backed out up until this point, so I believe we are technically still under contract, but the seller is not signing the contract amendment that we submitted stating that the finance has changed from FHA to private lending.Have either of you had to force the hand of a seller who did not want to close?

Robert, I'd also suggest you amend your incorporation filing and operating agreement to provide a much broader scope of business to be conducted.While that old catch-all phrase, "to do all things necessary and/or related to" really doesn't cut it in RE.

Page is having format problems....the ads are over my text.....They all tell you what you want to hear.....balanced budget, lower taxes,(which is unlikely together) more jobs and more national security, which doesn't go with the first two promises.....and they want to go back to the consitution, after they amend it!
