First buy the most inclusive insurance possible, make call to police telling them that you are living in "your address" and you are reporting "insert local drug dealer name" for drug dealing at "location".....await firebombing from local dealers, squatter runs for his life, collect insurance.

If the pitch or trap was in the wrong place I would hire a plumber to alleviate that situation first before insulating, then have the handyman patch up the drywall.

I think he is more or less trying to keep liquid cash away from his ex due to the drug problem.

Naah, it was more than likely the drugs he ingested the night before at the party that he went to that several people spoke about.

@Matt Rosas Some of these guys clean up...I buy rentals out of state in Northen Indiana, and cities like Gary are just like Detroit, burned and boraded up homes, the gangs are bad drugs etc...But the simpe concept is even in hte roughest cities they are people would need homes, there are husbands with families that need homes.

My children are young, and I work second shift, It's easier on them to go to bed at a normal time, and not be drug out of their beds in the middle of the night when I get off work. 

They stole the bike wrack we had out there (yep, you read that right, the city stole it), they removed all the bushes and flowers, and they constantly try and move the decorative garbage containers we have out so that people dont have to throw crap on the side walk and street.The DDA just turned down a million dollar business that wanted to move into the area because he wanted to have automatic doors like you see at some CVS drug stores.
