For example, in Toronto, there is very little developable land available.

For an LLC we got a regional insurance company Andover group but they don't write in PA, although that wasn't a student rental we have had students in that MF but the LLC was the driver for the insurance.

I do know that Cleveland is enjoying an economic revival based on healthcare (Cleveland clinic regional hub), but long-term, I don't know what that will translate into population-wise.
