Nothing mind blowing here...If a tenant sends me a video of a burst water line the last thing I do is waste time getting in my car and driving over there.I'd immediately walk the tenant through shutting the water off.I don't know if you were trying to dig at me for talking down about $80k properties.

I reached out to the owner, who gave me permission to walk it.

Walking the property or having someone you trust, is key to make sure you have full visibility and knowledge. 

When an agent send you a video of a property walk through what are key items you are looking out for?

Desirables: 8 min walk to trains to NYC and 2 parking spaces.I feel the property was not built well and future leaks are inevitable. 

I wanted to post about how, "I enjoy long walks in trap houses" and how I enjoy "sipping red wine while I watch my rehab go over budget"hahaBut yes you should systemize your search.

I walked in and they had no idea I was the owner.
