I personally feel the more education you have in a field the more comfortable you are at taking risks.

I'm active duty military and going on deployment very soon..I thought it would be a good time to start the process of becoming a real estate agent to work my way up in the real estate field.

Since im currently so new to this field and this island id love to get a chance to shadow or just learn from some investors here.

I am currently working in IT field but want to be able to quit my jobs in next 10 years. 

Awesome to see someone at your age taking steps so early on in this type of field. 

If you don't know their rules you will be at a disadvantage…just like you were as a kid playing a game on the field, then along comes another kid and changes the rules.To banks or investor group, credibility, is first and foremost.

Real Estate is an amazing vehicle to generate income and has created more millionaires than any other field.

As a total newbie, I am getting into RE field and flipping sounds awesome to me.However I have a feeling that without RE appraisal or Interior Design certification I can't FLIP/REHAB houses or do RE properly.I would love to ask you.

Find people who are in the field you really want to be in and work for them.
