I'm trying to get involved with AZREIA again, I went several times when meetings were at the Celebrity and always learned something and met someone.

They used to suck more.This is true, but hardly something to celebrate.

Celebrities push all kinds of random crap they get paid to push. 

My broker then surprised me and encouraged me to take AT LEAST a month off of work to enjoy and celebrate!  

If you recently bought it invite some friends or family out to visit and celebrate with the approximate occupancy you are expecting.  

I like to see people grow and I enjoy celebrating others investment wins and trials.My problem is that I feel a lot of people waste my time. 

Also your question clearly filters out your decisions, to either get started and use what resources are in your reach, and/or celebrate your self for buying new friends for $30,000 which is all to me 100% legit and do as you please and brings happiness and reinforcement into your life.What I get sad about is all the blurry choices people make for themselves either route they go.
