But I joined about a dozen Facebook groups for the DFW area and occasionally a deal will be advertised for the Abilene market. 

Think of the card as a piece of advertising If your working with agents and just buying and holding then you probably don’t need them

People will always need places to live not advertisement platforms.The midwest does offer lower prices properties.

It also takes around 20 or more hours per week to just complete the material which is notably higher than what it’s advertised as (5-10).
