My name is Richard Pennington I am in the Raleigh North Carolina area seeking any advice on using an FHA loan or conventional  loan for my first investment property.

I am on my second house hack just north of Boston.

Many (even experienced) General Contractors (who have lots of 'rehab' experience) will tell you they can do it, but I recommend workingwith a team / GC who has new construction experience specifically.We have spent the better part of the last 3 years designing and building single family homes and small multi-unit buildings (on spec) on the North and NW sides of Chicago. 

The community is a 5-minute bike ride to the beach with cliffs and some dunes, and 3 minutes from a cool outdoor beach restaurant. 10 minutes north is the town of Marmol, and minutes north of that, there are small touristy beach towns. 

If I was to hire a property management company, who do you recommend that serves North Texas?

i am looking to invest north of Phoenix. 

North Conway has multiple ski resorts within 30 min, the Outlets, and some of the best hiking in the state. 

I'd love to connect with anyone who is interested in flipping houses in the north Atlanta metro area. 

I have properties just north of Melbourne in the New Smyrna Beach area.

Then, I searched for new or almost new gated Townhomes and finally paid Cash for a 1500 3/1 with garage and pool, in a 17 unit community with low HOA in Valrico on the North side of Hwy 60 for peace and quiet and safety while I travel.
