Talk about time zone differences!

These approvals can take more time (zoning, design review, subdivision platting, plan check of buildings under more stringent building codes), most all of which you'll skip on a rehab. 

Just need to show on BP’s website for the summit, the time of each event for each of the time zones.

Sorry for the ambiguity - I was hoping to purchase a home for 50-80k and by "nearby" I guess i meant within the PST/MST time zones i.e. not on the east coast.

I'm in an Eastern Time Zone and the webinars are in Pacific Time Zone, in which I am in school.

Account Closed, I am also considering this.So far I have found VAs in the US and outside the US (Phillipines, etc).I think it comes down to how much of a knowledge ramp-up time to help with the tasks you need and whether you want them communicating with sellers, agents, etc, which they are more than capable of doing, but there may be a timezone for some.

Is Texas on a new time zone?  

The timezone difference alone is enough to make you want to crack skulls, but when something is developing quickly on the ground in Ohio and you're stuck in New South Wales, there's a particular type of frustration reserved for that sort of uselessness.

@Justin Vasquez Not much just gets me closer (in terms of timezone) to where I invest the majority of my time/money for real estate.
