Among many other reasons, I can think of at least three times someone tried to fight me, leaving a gas station or a restaurant there.

I know other people in the military that have bought a house at each duty station and kept them as rentals when new orders came.

what i found again in BC was that you have about 5 banks in Canada and its kind of like Gas station they all price about the same thing.

You do what Nate said; you find out what base they’re stationed at and call.

We did something similar when we were stationed overseas with the military, and we bought a new duplex because we didn’t want to have maintenance issues while so far away.  

There's also the former option(college cities)-- like College Station, Waco, Baton Rouge.

Also they can always go to a charging station or plug into a regular outlet.
