Generally those neighborhoods consist of a good mix of homeowners and renters and have plenty of 2-4 families sprinkled in them.

I know how this goes I have been doing HML for most of my 40 year career.. when a borrower goes dark its a nightmare.. you now sprinkle in all these portals which are really just guys trying to broker deals.. and they are spread all over the country. and the people bringing them the deals may have been turned down by the local HML and you have a herd mentality going on.. .

Out here in the West the fire marshal has a lot of discretionary power..The main reason if there is a requirement for units to be sprinkled is because of GPH flow at the nearest hydrant is not adequate .

I am sure there other similar areas of opportunity sprinkled around the state.

That sounds about right. 1) Make sure you sprinkle lots of pressure all over...

Non-sprinkled (smoke detectors only), electric installed in conduit as well as circuit breakers, central gas boiler and contains no common hallways ( exterior entrances to each apartment).
