I was surprised to find that their is a person registered as a sexual offender about a block away from the home I am currently leasing.  

When children are involved my gut reaction is to get a ball bat.....but,Then I found a cases where girlfriends and wives used claims of sexual abuse to get rid of the guy.

I have rarely seen misbehavior by a Realtor this bad.

You might want to have some confirmation regarding criminal records, drug offenses and sexual offenses of the occupants - you might accept the employer's checking of this but reserve the right to perform your own for verification purposes. 

If your credit and income was high enough I wouldn't care about a non-violant non-sexual felony. 

I don't care if you're male or female of whatever sexual preference, there are just way too many motivated young people that end up with a marginal golddigger's hooks in them instead of a life partner they can rely on.

The US justice department has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the owner/landlord, alleging that at least 2 female tenants in past were subjected to "egregious sexual harassment and retaliation".

We see shootings, sexual assaults, home invasions, car thefts, etc. in this area.Southern Lawrence Township.

That tells us credit, criminal and sexual harassment. 

Some people are prejudiced against people of opposite sexual orientation.
