Hi @Luis Pereiro,I am not sure about the laws in Florida but in California you cannot discriminate against a potential renter based on race, sex, sexual orientation or disability.

Most of the properties aren't zoned for hotel use, the host aren't licensed to run a hotel, the business isn't registered with city/state, tax evasion of course, rapes and sexual assaults, fraud etc.
