Are people concerned and talking in DC?

I'm surprised by some of the responses here about how people like VRBO more than AirBNB.

IME with due respect to architects they are not generally necessary for simple remodels.

Meaning how to attract the type of people you want to your STR listings and how the heck you are supposed to know if there is a market for your type of "customer" in the area you are investing.

There are many, many people in other service-oriented professions whose entire business models are based on selling their time and knowledge (information).People that expect everything to be handed to them for free, with no respect for others' time? 

Let your criteria do the filtering for you.Regarding retention and renewals, the only time I have asked people to leave is when they have had rent payment issues and/or damaged the property. 

In Arizona, there are a lot of reputable people who do lease options.

Some people only want 10-20% of their outstanding lines/debt balances available while the other 80-90% to be in fixed rate notes.
