It shows how many searches have been in the past 12 months for a city and gives the price range of units in the area.If you choose to contact a hospital ask for HR or if they have someone who specifically works with traveling nurse placement. 

That side of my portfolio is most definitely a business and not passive at all.While the note investing world is a small niche, within that world is a wide range of different investment types.

Has anyone used a general contractor in the west Michigan area that is willing to give a quote for price per sq ft or a range of price per sq ft for a full gut remodel?

I may specialize in VA loans, but I also offer a range a conventional, FHA, USDA and commercial lending options. 

If you stop at the 10 to 20mm range (or less) you can rent/hire most of the luxury items you  ever want, with no commitment, travel the world (if that's your thing).

After repair value is $100k-$170k (based on comps in the neighborhood, the range is large since the layout is a bit weird where the primary bathroom is in a bedroom). 

If you have a 20 year timeline, I'd probably recommend B areas closer to the city or in the better school districts in the suburbs for the highest combined ROI over that time period.Right now you can expect to find decently turnkey multis for about $60-$125k/unit usually all at least hitting the 1% rule in that range.

It's super expensive and within the next few years you'll very likely have an opportunity to refi in to a rate in the 5% range.
