When you are ready to provide your services for free for three months, then you can lecture to housing providers who have to answer to tax collectors, mortgage providers, insurance companies, and maintenance contractors.Any time a government program is mandated it provides reimbursement to the provider of the good or service, whether it is health care, food, or housing. 

😆For those not aware, this tenant has lectured us on how foolish we are for owning our rentals instead of renting them from others and subleasing them on Airbnb.Guess what happened to our favorite professional tenant who told us all to enjoy foreclosure?

I know that as middle class All-American white kid I’ve had it pretty good and I am not sitting in judgement or expect anyone to listen to me lecture them about anything, especially some guy or gal in the innercity.  

I have no idea of the actual deal or market obviously, and I hope this doesn't sound like lecturing but if you were approaching me for the ENTIRE downpayment (another story) I would want you to be starting at 8 or 9 pre value add.

I am interested in obtaining my real estate license in Oregon and am in search of a reputable online real estate broker pre-licensing class that has video lectures as opposed to all readings.

Some of the more recent online RE schools seem to do more video lectures, which might be great for some, but not so much for me. 

I tried cold calling agents the other day to get my first deal sold and got a lecture on ethics and agency representation!!!
