We have stringent requirements for credit score in (above 650), and also have a strict policy for no-smoking or burning of anything (no incense or candles).

Two problems we've had with acrylic that were combined with the tub surround... tenant burning tea light candles on the soap dish burned a hole in the surround and another tenant couple (both overweight) who enjoy taking showers together caused the tub and surround to flex so it became detached from the wall.

Zillow, Trulia, and even Realtor.com can't hold a candle to the actual MLS search engine that covers the region you are in. 

I had this vacant that just wouldnt move and got terrible feedback until I rented some furniture from a rental place (for 3 ms - $1400), and then I came in and put up some paintings (from home), set up a a bottle of wine with some glasses, put some flowers out, candles...etc.

What are they seeing that makes them say no.Gang members, Gang Graffiti (vs tagging), shoes hanging from the power lines, a lot rain ruined flower and candle memorials with weathered photo's of those mowed down in street battles?

Also, when you consider your expected return on investment divided by the total number of hours devoted to the search and eventual rehab, I wonder whether you are using your time most efficiently or whether the game is worth the candle, especially on a flip.  

(Ha I laugh because Dawn is crushing it and I don't hold a candle to her knowledge and experience, i mean just look at our posts & votes).

I guess a nervous breakdown is life's way of saying you should blow out one end of the candle.
