They discussion my ethnicity, nationality, African mixed Thai, she Jewish, why I Didn’t want move, why I traveled with so much stuff, people probably give me all that stuff and I just won’t get rid of it, was I a paint, maybe I am a designer and so on.......Taking photos of my personal property and a real state agent allowed her client to do so he can show people the stuff a had is a violation to my privacy.

They both sold within 2 weeks though, so I can't be too bummed that I put more into them than I needed to.And I would say the biggest surprises on the second one were a result of the neighbor down the street (dubbed "Drunk Bob" by one of the other neighbors), who had done a fair amount of the "improvements" and really just wasn't very good.

Firstly you can't buy a house, that's a privilege for Thai Nationals only.Foreigners may only buy in select condos where over 50% of the building is owned by Thais.Secondly be very careful if buying in Bangkok.
