You can go there and actually dialogue with other BP members likw Bill who have worked with that QI and see what their experience with us was.The location of your QI doesn't matter.

The other way I fund deals with none of my own money is using a private lender that I have years of experience and relationship with and/or using HELOC and other business lines of credit.

They seemed good, and looks like they have prior experience managing the building I’m buying (based off the leases that were submitted to me) but way to expensive to what I’m use to … $137 - $184 per door (over 10%) and then $750 per door for the maintenance reserve.
