it makes me think of a situation I was in about 5 years ago,when I was running a restaurant bar that's we open with two of my brothers in one of the western suburbs, its still there and doing great but I've had enough of that business.

The US has (AFAIK) the LOWEST tax rate in the (Western/modern) world.

In western states you would go to a title company before bidding and get a commitment from them to provide title insurance based on the present state of the title.

Many investors in the US see Rochester (and other parts of upstate & western NY state) as having great cash flow but poor appreciation prospects.

Did a google search, and only found 2 in my area (Western New York), and cannot get ahold of either contact person.

I figure at $4k per month I can go to some of the more expensive places, like Western Europe, and probably still save some money for the year.None of this factors in my online income, which could drop to zero or go to $10,000 per day, who knows.Now, 180 days is alright, but is there any way to get this done faster?

He keeps a briefcase guy with him at all times.I Mark, am the lady with the purse full of cash....or well at least I was the first time, because the banks were closed that Monday before the sale and the only thing I could do was run around to one Western Union after the next transferring cash from my accounts.I got it together on my next auction and got cashier's checks for up to the minimum bid and then a purse full of cash for my cut-off..lol.
