Not only will that give you info on where to find deals, but also financing, niches, and everything you need to get started in real estate investing.That being said, if you set up some keyword alerts on the site, you'll get notifications everytime somebody posts about "Tampa" or whatever you set your keywords to be, and deals can surface that way too.Hope this helps!

If you can get them to execute a DIL then offer cash for keys and have them exit the home (hopefully) in a peaceful fashion We usually don't make the CFK payment until they move out and we get a local agent to inspect the interior.
