Contrary to popular belief, some landlords ARE exempt from the regulations of the Fair Housing Amendments Act.

They have also just purchased a 2 flat two houses down, which seems encouraging and indicative of the turnkey company's belief in the neighborhood.

Hello BP Community,My name is Lucas Bennett, I am 28 years old, and I would like to connect with all of you.I have been reading the forum posts pretty religiously for the last 6 months or so, and I finally decided to make a legitimate profile and introduce myself.I am a big believer in learning by doing, and have worked on a couple real estate deals so far that have already taught me (sometimes the hard way) more about this industry than I thought I would ever know.

It is my belief that they are lying about these leaks to cover up the dog urinating on everything.

I would like to get into real estate, either flipping or rentals but I have a major concern, I owe child support which I pay regularly every month religiously.

It seems to give them a sense of comfort and belief that I have the financial means to solve their situation.

My family has already written me off as crazy, however my belief is I'm in a relationship with my goals, dreams, and self and right now I refuse to cheat on that relationship with anything or anyone (even holidays.)I personally know 12 of my brothers fighting a war over seas right now for our freedom, and believe that a 10 hour Christmas Day in the office is NOTHING.

But like @Linda Weygant mentions, I probably sound like a religious maniac to them.....  

However I believe my value is held in the belief that you are always on a journey to meet like minded people and drawn to such to achieve a purpose that is destined to serve and be served. 

I lost my family… I lost even my self-belief.
