Work very hard not to become a Real Estate Expert or you will find it extremely difficult to scale your business (you want to avoid creating a job).As a sidenote right now is a GREAT time of year to get started, the holidays are only "slow" for the wholesalers who stop marketing during this time of year.Whatever you do, try to focus on revenue activities instead of  complicated CRM's, cool looking business cards and setting up a LLC or S corp.You are about to go on a Great Adventure!

I have a pretty short inspection period and it is a holiday week, so hopefully either Marc or Kibbe will be available early this week.  

I would also suggest your local REIA clubs, the meetup.com clubs in your area, and just tell everybody what you are doing.I wish you the best, happy holidays!

Happy holidays to all of you!

Please give advice so I can give this family a fair shake and hopefully a lot of cash for the holidays!

My question is, do you think that it could be worth the wait until the early spring to list it, or to just list it right in the middle of the holidays or shortly thereafter? 

Granted, who wants to move their family over the holidays but more important, I have tenants that are paying so I left it as it was.
